Description of Service

Pearl is a consumer application that provides personalised astrological readings, Human Design charts, Gene Keys profiles, and self-reflection tools based on birth data you provide. The App generates content using a combination of astronomical calculations and AI-assisted interpretation.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it through unauthorised means, or use the generated content for harmful purposes. All content generated through Pearl is for personal use.

Entertainment & Informational Purpose

All readings, charts, and interpretations provided by Pearl are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice — medical, financial, legal, psychological, or otherwise. You should not rely on Pearl's content as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Pearl. Your generated readings are yours to keep, but the underlying systems, prompts, and algorithms remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Pearl is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on readings or content generated by the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
